Event Coverage : Mitju's Tick Tack shoes!

Last week at the Mitju's tick tack shoes launch! Thank you Vivian for bringing me along <3

Mitju is a Singapore based company focusing in affordable comfortable shoes since 2005.
Now this company have ranged out to bags and accessories and I am glad that I had the chance to see the launch of their newest shop collection this July - The Tick Tack Shoes!

As cheesy as it sounds, the tick tack shoes allows pretty ladies (like us) to have a pair of comfortable pumps shoes suitable for all occasions with any outfit. By that, I mean , just by changing the accessories on the shoes, Tick Tack like pressing the pins in and out Tick tack. I swear you will be so spoiled for choices by the end of the entry. Actually it is quite fun too.

Pick your basic shoe first.

Mitju offers the tick tack shoes in three fabrics - Patent, leatherette and Synthetic suede , with various colors to choose from. From staple black to pop colors, up to you to choose. As for me, I decided on a pair of black leatherette. I am always wearing black outfits and a black pumps will definitely work out for all occasions for me, be it work or leisure, or leisure after work. Each pair of basic shoes cost $26.90.

Choose your accessories next.

THERE ARE SO MUCH. My goodness, the whole fixture filled with accessories for the tick tack shoes. And fret not, one design comes in different colors as well, totally no worries that you will not find something you like. p/s: Beware of the danger zone, you might accidentally buy home everything. Meanwhile each pair of accessories ranges from $6.90 to $14.90. I was really lucky, I had two complimentary accessories so I had to forgo the "Roger Vivier" inspired accessory. Anyway I really like my other two as well. I could wear the bows to work and change it to the flower after 6pm so I look a little not so formal. Heehee. #smartright

The new range of Mitju Tick Tack Shoes will be available at Mitju ION Orchard and Mitju Plaza Singapura from 25 July 2014. To make our shopping lives easier, customers are able to make purchase from the online site http://www.mitsuonline.com later in August.

Enjoy shopping!

Japan Trip Part 7 : Tokyo, Shopping in Shibuya/ Harajuku - Photo Diary

Hello Shibuya, Harajuku!

Finally to the shopping districts of Shibuya and Harajuku !

I spent most of the time there walking around... eating and more walking.
It was pretty warm that day.
And drinking starbucks. wtf.
Pretty nails by Mynte Fingers.

Shopping in Japan is amazing, it is amazingly awesome and so spoilt for choices.
From all the Japanese fashion brands to the international brands, the selection was so much and great that it makes one want to buy back the whole town.

One of the best things to do in Japan is to go thrift-shopping. Many items there were at least 80% new and at least 50% off retail price. There are so many of them around the country, an example will be a black colored blazer from Heather that I bought with approx $15 in Hokkaido. WHUT. IT LOOKED BRAND NEW TO ME.
Rinkan  has several outlets but mostly small stores like that. Smaller selection but exquisite pieces.
The boys got like Dior HOMME jeans for less than SGD$200? And it looked great.

Ragtag was our favourite store throughout the whole trip.
I also brought my balenciaga bag there with less than a quarter of the retail price.
Bottega bracelet condition 10/10 for approx $100. GRABSZ.
Yup, that's right.

Of course you have to open your eyes big and really dig em gold out.
We also went to shops to buy first hand goods la wtf.

Just another indie store along shibuya

Just checking out what's inside a craftholic store in Japan
Rilakkuma themed cafe! So cute, the queue was also quite cute, it was super long haha

Also finally tried Coco Ichibanya in the home country.
We also visited Hachiko-san.

Damaged for the day spent for the eyes. *wink

Alrights, that's all folks!

I mean I thought I rarely have a week that I dress up a little and also thought I looked quite nice. #ahem

Sorry la, just let me do it for memory keepsake. DON'T SCOLD ME.

Day 1

Airport fashion.

Bad coordinate ; I met 4 people at the airport wearing the same t-shirt/ jacket /shoes/ bag.

Xmas Wishlist 2013: Comme des Garcons pouch

Dear Santa, for the past 3 months I have been going crazy over the CDG pouches.

The thing is this, I was in Japan last September and I was not so crazy about it yet. Would had my crave days earlier and easily get it in Japan! burrrrrrr.

I never like clutches and their pouches (sigh now so crazy over it) because I felt that the sizes are all so not practical. Small and smaller and even smaller wtf.

However, styles like this had made me go !@(*&6$#^. To be exact, it all started when I left all my barang in my friend's car during Halloween USS Night and moved around super light. I only had my coach wristlet, my Casio TR150 and my 3 year old Samsung S2. Totally amazed by myself.

Then I browse through and asked why the CDG Pouch was so popular about my peers/colleagues. Unfortuantely, I am still not able to find the answer but I myself has gotten hooked to it. The pouch is simple, easy to match , good leather texture surface and ridiculously nice colors.

The print I love best was from the Bright Star collection, one of my ex colleague asked me if I wanted to get one during SALES and I said NO. I regret, and now it is out of production/sold out/discontinued.

Every season they re work on this classic staples and I am kind of attracted to the Embossed Stitch selection now. ( Since the bright star collection is long gone)

Santa, buy for me can ?

Loves,
A.

Next stop,

FEMMEX. Level 3

Femmex's policy is that, the more you buy the cheaper it gets.
Just no bargains !
Picking out 3 pieces that I thought that I might like.
Extreme right picture was a top with the same design as my pull over.

Here's what I've chosen.
Clutch and Dress is $39 each.
Buy 10 pieces onwards - $20 each.

Peter pan collar x EMODA necklace.

Guys clothes are always a challenge to buy.
Price is okay design is not or design is ok price is not.
It is always so difficult to find something that's price-okay and design-okay.

Praise , Level 2

We saw some sales going on at Praise and here's another outfit for Junwei !

Top : $35
Cardigan : $59
Bottom : Not available.

Decided to also walk around the mall.
Here's other items that caught my eyes.

 HURS

HURS sells shoes, bags and some sunglasses at afforable prices.
I've been thinking of getting a pair of creepers since two years ago, should I get them from HURS?

Zapi Store. Level 2

If you like the TOMS design and you worry abut the pig lining...

What caught my eye was the big bear.

Cho Kawaii I wanna kidnap home.
