Sydney Day 6 : Hawk lookout, Wisemans ferry and Horse Riding with Vision Valley

Woot woots ! I'm finally finishing my Sydney Trip wtf.
Day 7 is just breakfast and then to the airport and home so this would be my last post on Sydney.

We left the homestead ( tobruk sheep station) and stopped by the Hawk Lookout, which was just down the road .

Next on to the Wisemans Ferry

 Wish Singapore has this !

Then to the highlight of the day !
Horse Riding ~~~~

Leemei & I in our head gear.

Me being the first one to be on the horse. Cause I told them I was scared.

It was my first time riding a horse and what's more fun than to be riding in the bushes.
Pleasant experience :)

Woke up in the morning cause we were all ready for the activities arranged for us in the farm !

We started off by making some damper.

See that black base dough that doesn't look really pleasant ?
yup, that's damper.
Damper is a traditional soda bread cooked over coals. This is prepared by stockmen who travels in remote area for weeks and months. Basic ingredients of the damper consists of flour , water and sometimes milk. No yeast at all !
Me with a container with water and billy tea leaves !
I had to spin the container and make sure the tea doesn't spill.
YEA I DID IT K.
Wasn't really difficult at all *flickhair

Together with us is a group from Korea. annyeongggggg

Damper accompanied with the billy tea.
The damper is soooooo good I had two servings. hahahahahah

Cut damper topped with butter and honey.
Group picture of us enjoying the morning tea !

Next, we head over to the other side where we see the intelligent dogs do their jobs!

Handy-panky time with the sheep

HOW RARE IS IT TO SEE ME TOUCH AN ANIMAL.
Tingzhi, Johnson & Daryl got down to volunteer !

Into the shearing shed !

Jocelyn ahyi got a chance to shed a sheep !
I was too coward to try obviously.

That ends the morning session , and it's lunch time !

Salads in Sydney tastes ridiculously good no matter where.
Bread & Butter.

We had options between chicken or steak for lunch and I had chicken .
Can't eat beef anyway.
The chicken must have been a hulk in its past life.
Steak !

Getting the animals back to their shed .
 Feeding the ponies.

Lazy sheep playing dead !
Super cool cause part of it is black and the other part is white.
Feeding the sheep too !

Back to the homestead and make dinner.

The farmers decided to show us some whipping stuns before they leave !
He dipped the whip with kerosene and light up with fire.

Daryl managed to snap this shot which I thought was super pretty !

A video on the flaming whip ! Do watch.
